Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website, requesting a fare quote or confirming a journey with Shiv Shakti Cabs & Travellers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are making a booking for other passengers, you are responsible for sharing relevant booking conditions with them.

Our Services

Shiv Shakti Cabs & Travellers provides local cab services, airport pickup and drop, outstation taxi services, Gujarat tour transportation and vehicles for family and group travel. Available vehicle categories may include sedans, MPVs, Toyota Crysta, Urbania and Tempo Traveller options, subject to availability for the requested date and route.

Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting a website form, calling us or sending a WhatsApp message is a booking request and does not by itself guarantee vehicle availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the journey details, vehicle and applicable fare have been agreed with our booking team.

We may request the pickup location, destination, travel date, pickup time, passenger count, luggage information, route details and vehicle preference before confirming a booking.

Accuracy of Booking Information

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger and contact details. Please tell us in advance about significant luggage, multiple stops, special timing requirements or other information that could affect vehicle selection or the journey.

Fares and Minimum Kilometres

Vehicle pages may display a per-kilometre rate for common outstation bookings. Unless a different arrangement is specifically confirmed for your journey, the listed outstation vehicle rates are subject to a minimum billing range of 300 kilometres per day.

The final fare may depend on the vehicle, route, journey type, number of travel days, pickup location, destination, total kilometres and other booking requirements. The fare applicable to your booking should be confirmed directly with our team before travel.

Toll, Parking and Driver Charges

Payment

The payment amount, payment method and timing will be communicated as part of the booking confirmation. If an advance payment is required for a particular booking, the booking team will provide the applicable amount and instructions before confirmation.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation, rescheduling or refund condition will depend on the confirmed booking, timing of the request, vehicle reservation and any costs already committed for the journey. Applicable conditions should be confirmed with our booking team for your specific trip.

Vehicle Availability and Substitution

Vehicle availability may change due to maintenance, operational requirements, prior bookings, traffic restrictions or other circumstances. Where reasonably necessary, we may offer a suitable alternative vehicle or seating configuration. We will try to communicate any material change before the journey where possible.

Pickup Times, Delays and Journey Duration

Pickup and journey times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, road closures, weather, local events, vehicle restrictions, passenger delays or conditions outside our reasonable control. Passengers should allow appropriate extra time for flights, trains, appointments, temple timings and other time-sensitive commitments.

Route Changes, Extra Stops and Waiting

Changes requested after booking, including extra stops, route diversions, additional kilometres, extended waiting, extra travel days or a different destination, may change the final fare. Please discuss changes with the driver or booking team as early as possible.

Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Care

Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions, behave lawfully and avoid conduct that may endanger the driver, other passengers, the vehicle or road users. Passengers may be responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair or replacement costs arising from deliberate damage, misuse or excessive soiling caused during the booking.

Luggage and Personal Belongings

Vehicle selection should take passenger and luggage requirements into account. Please inform us about large or unusual luggage before booking. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and should check the vehicle before leaving it at the end of the journey.

Safety and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We may alter, delay, pause or cancel a journey where continuing would be unsafe, unlawful or impractical because of severe weather, road conditions, government restrictions, vehicle breakdown, accidents, natural events, civil disturbance or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Website Information and Displayed Prices

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but vehicle details, rates, availability, routes and other information may change. Website content is general information and does not replace the fare and journey details confirmed for a specific booking.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website or booking process may use or link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, maps, payment channels, analytics providers or other external platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shiv Shakti Cabs & Travellers will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic delays, missed connections, road closures, weather disruption or actions of third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat.
